Worst experience EVER!!!! with them instructed a DPD driver to leave my parcel in front of my house and are lying and said I requested this I have spoken to DPD who have disputed everything they have said but they just don’t want to help me and issue my refund. When I didn’t spoke to their logistics manager Rachel Annowar who has the worst customer service and lacks patience I don’t understand how someone like that can be appointed a manager when she doesn’t know how to talk and pretty much shouted down the phone to me on our call this afternoon AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR PARCEL ANYWHERE!! And expect you to still pay not offering a refund for goods that were misdelivered as per their request all the managers in this department and higher are useless and unhelpful worst company to shop with I personally feel like it’s a racist company that’s what it’s giving the only polite respectful agent there is Bry who is a member of the customer service team DO NOT SHOP HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

This is the first time I have purchased from the online site. I did read reviews on Trustpilot first, but I didn’t let them put me off & I'm glad I didn’t. I purchased a Moncler polo shirt for my partner Tuesday evening & arrived this afternoon by dpd super impressed with the fast delivery!
The polo shirt is perfect!!
I checked the certi logo through the Moncler site & everything matched!
I certainly will be using this site for more purchases in the future.

Disappointed....Bad Business Practice
Bought something a couple a weeks ago and was not satisfied with the product. Poor quality, bad stitching so I wanted to return the item. After speaking with customer service I was told the warehouse does not give refunds. This means they do not stand behind their products. This is bad business practice.
Totally disappointed seeing that I've previously spent $$$$ with the company and now to find out they don't stand behind their products. It is safe to say I will not shop here again and plan to share my experience with others as to save them the disappointment.

Ordered pre Christmas and correct item arrived quickly. However I returned the item well before Christmas and am yet to receive my refund. Aphrodite are looking into this as DPD collected the return and I’ve been advised that the item is at the DPD Newcastle depot. This was over a week ago but I still await the refund of over £400 3 weeks after returning the item.

I returned the item using DPD, the collection service chosen by Aphrodite promptly after deciding to return the item. The remaining issue is between DPD & Aphrodite but I can’t get my refund.

Ordered early December to avoid delivery strikes assumed due to time of year there would be an extended refund for Xmas for luxury items feels poor service and not in line with other modern retailers who appreciate return business taxing and expensive shipping make the item overpriced will avoid this company in future and would advise others to the same called customer service no exceptions made and to top it off they make you pay to send item back for an exchange talk about getting the customer experience you advocate and getting it wrong at every turn

I dont like that they didnt state that theres customs fees billed to your address when you order overseas, when shipping is stated free. However Good pricing on lots of items, however itd be nice if they included what was inside the jacket for customs or else fedex will hold on for a couple weeks and youd have to call fedex and tell them whats the jacket made of. Just spreading this to save time on customs, however shipping is fast once customs cleared, arrived next day.

Ordered a coat at 14:45 one day, the coat arrived the next day at 12:30. Perfectly packaged. I’m very please with it. Thanks for excellent service.

Stay away from this company. I bought a monclear coat and it was the worse decision ever. They say free shipping to the US. But what they don’t mention is the that they check off duty and tax fee will be paid by buye. Now I’m going to have to take to court FedEx because they are looking for $420 that they paid for duties and tax. It would’ve came out cheaper just buying the jacket in the US.

If I could give negative five I would I bought my wife a necklace on December 3rd paid in full paid extra for speedy delivery was supposed to be here in five days here it is December 24th no one knows where the necklace is no tracking number can't get a answer just sry for your disappointment we will do everything ASAP but nothing not a email not a thing don't waste your money my wife won't get her Christmas and it's all there fault

To be honest I was dubious about ordering from this company due to some of the reviews, so I emailed them first. Their response was almost immediate and correspondence with them made me feel more confident so I ordered from them & I honestly couldn’t be happier. Super fast delivery to Jersey, fantastic price and fantastic quality, all packaged really well. Would definitely order from here again. 100% recommend. Very, very happy customer ?

Bought a jacket from them did not no about there return policy tried it on seemed fine at time but took it back then I was told no refund just a credit note was not happy no discretion at all asked about there expiry she told me there was no expiry so I went back a week later and bought another jacket guy told me there was only a year on a credit note not happy at all they need training on stuff they don't no about should of called manger about issue but on my first experience would not shp there again they had a sign on return policy but very small and they where not very up front about this

After ordering I looked at reviews for this company and was slightly worried about the order I had placed as there were quite a lot of negative reviews. I can honestly say I am very happy with the order I have received, my order was despatched the following day, there was a slight delay of 24hrs with delivery but that was due to the delivery company and they emailed to keep me updated. 1st time I have used this company and will definitely be using them again.

Placed an order 22nd November 2022 - good communication throughout regarding the order and delivery - item arrived today 23rd November 2022 - very impressed with the service - will definately use again. Thank you
